What's to be found

At this latitude

Around the Earth  

Once more setting out

Eastward through my atlas

I came upon the same old spots,

Madrid, Ankara‑‑‑  

Wait‑‑‑Ankara

It's uncannily close to the line

Designating 40 degrees North

And nearly this exact latitude  

Pausing to scan the path

The 40 degree line makes

Across Ankara's page,

A numbered triangle caught my eye  

The 40 degree line runs right through

The little map symbol for mountain,

And the number, 9550, is the peak's height;

The name next to it all is Olimbos  

9550 rings a bell‑‑‑955 is 5 times 191

And my name's letters' numbers' sum is 191;

Olimbos, the native Greek name for the site,

Is, of course, more familiar under the name Olympus.
